Did you know that Ferrari once designed a production motor with “power turbo” that redlined at 20,000 RPM?

Behold, the BaByliss PRO v1

Yes, this motor redlines at 20,000 RPM, and it even has a power turbo button! It pumps out a poweroutput of 2200W, and is capable of a top speed of 128km/h!

Yep, Ferrari is willing to design an engine for literally anything. So maybe FCA shouldn’t go around and use “Ferrari designed engine” as their top selling point on a few of their cars (looking at you Maserati Levante Trofeo). Besides, I don’t even think the Ferrari twin turbo 3.8 V8 is the best engine in the FCA portfolio, I think the Hellcat motor is better.
