My car had a hard time starting up because of the very low temps but i dont know if it should be ok

Yesterday and today we had extremely cold temps around -24ºC (around -11.5ºF).

And my car took 4 sec more to start up and nearly did not start. It went like rurururu…ruru.dudud….du…….du (finally starts).

I dont know if it is normal at these extreme temps ? or maybe the battery needs a recharge (if it needs a recharge i can just move a lot with the car ? )

Also when i parked my car and returned to it after 30 min. I found ice all over my windsheld IN THE INSIDE of the car !! i dont know if it is normal too what can i do to prevent it from happening
