Informed for life changed its methodology yesterday

Does anyone here use this resource?

I’m thinking about getting an Outback.

It freaked me out a little when that car got rated as least safe yesterday especially since it was too 10% the day before.

Also it ranks the forester as safer than the outback even though it is lighter.

I think they use a regression curve that Is different for wagons and SUVs and may be misleading…. no way a Sorento is safer than an XC90…

Thoughts on how to best use this info?
