Why does my Range Rover feel quicker than my new Panamera 4s?

My daily drivers are a 2017 Range Rover Supercharged (full sized) and a 2017 Porsche Panamera 4s.

Looking at the 0-60 times, the Panamera has better numbers (according to Porsche NA). I’ve driven it for months now and it feels a bit underwhelming in the city compared to the Range Rover. The engine just doesn’t feel as “full” and as effortlessly quick as the Range Rover under 60 mph.

Is something wrong with it? I’ve had it for 2 months now, and like it, but i find it odd how I prefer driving an SUV to a Porsche. If I had to get rid of one, it would be the Panamera without hesitation. I guess buying a Turbo would solve this, but here is something amazing and regal about driving the Range Rover, it’s inexplicable.
